- India Post (Speed Post/EMS) – for remote or non-serviceable areas
Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Order Processing Time: 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (metros and major cities).
- Extended Delivery: 7–10 business days (remote towns and villages)
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1299
- For orders below ₹1299, a nominal shipping fee of ₹69 will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of ₹50.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment directly on our website or on the courier partner’s tracking portal.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to re-confirm delivery or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).
