These are the terms and conditions governing use of this website and the agreement between you (“You” / “your”) and Nachrall (“Nachrall”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Vendor”). By using this website or placing an order through it you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, do not place an order.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
These Terms are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website unless we agree otherwise in writing. By placing an order you accept these Terms and create a legally binding contract between you and Nachrall.
2. YOU AGREE THAT
- You will use this website for legitimate enquiries or orders only.
- You will not place false, speculative, or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably suspect fraud we may cancel the order and notify authorities.
- You will provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and consent to their use for order fulfilment and communications (see Privacy Policy).
- You warrant you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We ship across India (PAN India serviceable pin codes). International shipping is not currently available; details will be published when introduced.
- Specific shipping availability and charges are shown in checkout.
4. LOGISTIC PARTNERS
We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders: Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post (Speed Post/EMS) for remote areas. We may use additional partners from time to time.
5. TURNAROUND TIME (TAT) & ORDER PROCESSING
- Order Processing Time: 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (metros & major cities).
- Extended Delivery: 7–10 business days (remote towns & villages).
- Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1299.
- Orders below ₹1299: shipping fee ₹69.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available with an additional fee of ₹50.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when Nachrall is at fault.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION, CONTRACT & PAYMENT
- After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email (acknowledgement). We will send a “Shipment Confirmation” when the order is dispatched. The contract is formed when the invoice is issued and product is shipped as per Shipment Confirmation.
- We reserve the right to verify order authenticity; failure to verify may result in cancellation.
- Payments: prepaid via payment gateways (cards, UPI, netbanking) or COD where offered. Refunds will only be issued after payment reconciliation with our payment partners.
8. AVAILABILITY & CANCELLATION
- All orders are subject to product availability. If out of stock we may cancel and refund prepaid orders.
- Customer-requested cancellations prior to dispatch will be refunded as Nachrall wallet credit unless otherwise specified. Customized items and items with original packaging opened may be non-cancelable/non-returnable (as stated on product page).
9. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, UNABLE TO DELIVER (RTO)
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered the parcel will be returned to origin (RTO).
- For prepaid orders returned to us, credit will be issued to your Nachrall wallet. For COD orders returned, refunds / adjustments follow our returns and reconciliation process and may take additional time.
- If delivery is refused due to damaged/tampered packaging, notify customersupport@nachrall.com immediately to arrange replacement or refund.
10. RISK & TITLE
- Products are at your risk from the time of delivery. Title passes to you once we have received full payment for the order (including delivery charges) or upon delivery, whichever is later.
- Inspect the parcel at delivery; if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us at customersupport@nachrall.com.
11. COUPONS, VOUCHERS & LOYALTY
- Coupons/vouchers are issued and managed at Nachrall’s discretion. Terms of each promotion apply. Loyalty program rules (if any) will be published clearly; points may be held pending the return/inspection period.
12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (DETAILED POLICY)
Our aim: Ensure genuine customers receive brand-new, unused products. We do not resell used or returned products.
12.1 Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns & exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- For damaged/incorrect items, notify support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
12.2 Condition for Return / Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with original packaging and all tags intact (including any “Do Not Remove” return tag).
- Returns showing signs of use (perfume/ deodorant smell, makeup, stains, washing, visible wear, alterations, missing tags) will be rejected. Rejected returns will be returned to the customer at their cost.
12.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, hygiene-related items, accessories, discounted/sale items and certain limited-edition or customized products are non-returnable unless defective (product page will indicate if non-returnable).
12.4 Return / Exchange Process
- Initiate return/exchange via the returns or email customersupport@nachrall.com within the eligibility window.
- We will provide return pickup instructions and pickup slot. For self-ship returns (where courier is unavailable) keep courier proof to submit for review; shipping cost refunded only upon valid proof and policy acceptance.
- At pickup, courier may photograph the product/package as handover evidence. We or the courier may require photo evidence at the time of collection. This helps prevent fraud and ensures transparency.
- Returned items are inspected at our facility. Exchange or refund is processed only after the item passes inspection.
12.5 Brand New Guarantee & No Resell Policy
- Nachrall guarantees every sale to be brand new. We will never resell used/returned items that show signs of use.
- If an item fails inspection and is deemed used, it will not be restocked or resold; it will be recorded, and the return rejected. Repeat offenders may be subject to account action (see 13.8).
12.6 Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Timing may vary depending on the payment provider.
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or Nachrall wallet credit as applicable; bank detail collection may be required for COD refunds.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable except where Nachrall is at fault or required by law.
12.7 Exchanges
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued after inspection.
- First exchange is free; subsequent exchanges during the same order may attract shipping charges.
12.8 Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- We take return abuse seriously. Repeated misuse (frequent returns of used/damaged items) may result in warnings, cancellation of returns, denial of future returns, temporary or permanent account blocking, and reporting to relevant marketplaces or authorities.
- Nachrall reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with suspected or confirmed fraud history.
13. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
- For damaged/incorrect items, contact support@nachrall.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost after verification.
14. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- Our liability for products purchased is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities not permitted to be excluded by law.
- We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website (text, images, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Nachrall. Use requires express written permission.
16. PRIVACY & DATA
We process your data to fulfil orders and provide customer service as per our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal data except as described in that policy or as required by law.
17. COMMUNICATIONS & NOTICES
Electronic communications (email/website notices) satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. Notices from us will be sent to your registered email.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, govt action, etc.). Performance will be suspended for the duration of such events.
19. SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT & CHANGES
If a term is found unenforceable, it will be severed and remaining terms stay in force. These Terms plus referenced documents constitute the entire agreement. We may revise these Terms from time to time; you are subject to the Terms in force when you order.
20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Contracts through this site are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts (optionally specify a city/courts).
